I'm Shedrack Nliam — founder of TechMindsVerse, a technology founder, product builder, and community leader. My background spans leadership, design, digital marketing, branding, AI, content, and entrepreneurship, long before I specialized in product development. Software development became structured for me around 2024, but the broader journey — computer literacy, graphic design, social media management, blogging, and early digital experimentation — goes back further than that.
Why do I build?
I believe technology should create opportunities, not just software. I build through what I call Human + Technology Collaborative Intelligence (HTCI) — the idea that technology works best when it amplifies people rather than replacing them. My long-term vision is to help reduce unemployment through accessible, collaborative technology across Africa.
Where am I going?
I'm building toward TechMindsVerse as a full ecosystem — combining products, education, community, and AI into one place where founders and builders can grow together.
I believe technology is most powerful when it empowers people to build, solve meaningful problems, and create opportunities that outlive them.

Moved into my first apartment; joined the CodeFactory Academy Full-Stack Development program; launched the 30 Days of Coding Challenge; began mentoring; joined CodeFactory Innovation Hub as Social Media Manager; laid the foundation for TechMindsVerse.
2026
Founded TechMindsVerse; became a Founder Dojo Fellow; began building the flagship products — EIMB, P2P Pay, and TechMindsVerse OS.
